Because our offerings are primarily professional and customized services, refunds are typically not issued once work has commenced. However, we understand that special situations may arise and will review each case individually
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
A client cancels a service before work or consultation has begun
We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal constraints
There is a proven failure to deliver the service as described in the service agreement or proposal
The following are non-refundable:
Completed consultations, assessments, or reports
Training sessions already delivered (online or in person)
Deposits for projects that have already commenced
Third-party fees incurred on behalf of the client
Clients must notify us of any cancellations in writing via email
For cancellations made at least 3 business days before the scheduled start of service, a partial refund (less administrative or setup costs) may be issued
Cancellations made within 48 hours of service start may not be eligible for a refund

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve all refund requests within 7â10 business days
